BERG SAFETY SOLUTIONS — SAMPLE COR AUDIT PACKAGE
================================================

Sample documents produced by Berg Safety Management, not a customer's records.

Every file in this zip was generated by the software from a fictional sample
company: invented jobs, invented workers, invented incidents. No real company,
worker or customer record appears anywhere in it, and every page carries a
"SAMPLE RECORD - not a real safety record" footer.

WHAT IS IN THIS PACKAGE
Field Level Hazard Assessments/ 3 documents
  Toolbox Meetings/ 3 documents
  Site Inspections/ 3 documents
  Worker Orientations/ 2 documents
  Incident Records/ 2 documents

One folder per form type, named exactly as a real export names them, with the
same file naming: <FORM TYPE>_<RECORD DATE>.pdf. A real export contains every
record in the date range you choose, not a sample of them.

WHAT A REAL EXPORT ADDS
  - A "Package built from N of M records" line on the confirmation screen, so
you can see at a glance whether any record in the date range was left out.
  - MISSING_FILES.txt in the zip root whenever a record in range could not be
attached (no file link on the record, or the stored file no longer loads).
It names each record, its form type, its date and the reason, so a gap is
documented inside the package instead of being found by an auditor.
  - Records whose form type is not a COR type are counted and named on screen,
    never dropped silently.
  - A Worker Certifications folder, when certification photos are attached to
    the worker records.

ABOUT THE DOCUMENTS
Each PDF is a single Letter page: company header band, the form's own detail
grid, the body sections that form requires, a signature line and the sample
footer. They are the same documents the portal generates on submit.
